Step 1. Pre-Fill Specs Using Current Products In Our System

Choose the category/product/size closest to what you need. Once you continue to the next step you will be able to input the size you need and also make any other changes you see fit.

Tip: This a major time saver step so be sure to check the entire list for something close to what you need!

Step 2. Project Dimensions

Input the dimensions you need using inches or feet.

Tip: If your project has no size e.g. logo layout, typesetting, etc please use 0x0.

Step 5. Job Description

Name your project and add any notes.

Tip: The more details the better!

Step 6. Attach Files (optional)

Attach up to 21 files. (e.g. Front, Back, Samples, Mock-ups, etc.)

For each file you would like to attach, click the ATTACH A FILE button, use the pull-down to identify the type file being attached, then choose the file. Repeat for additional files.

BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM YOU ARE ONLY REQUESTING A PRICE FOR YOUR CUSTOM PROJECT. THIS IS NOT THE SAME THING AS PLACING AN ORDER!! ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR REQUEST WE WILL BEGIN WORKING ON ESTIMATING THE COST OF YOUR PROJECT. BELOW ARE THE STAGES OF A QUOTE:

Waiting on Quote - When the quote is submitted it will sit in a waiting queue until our estimators begin working on it. (same business day)
In Progress - This status means the quote is currently being worked on.
On Hold - This status means the quote is currently on hold. There are a number of reasons this could occur e.g. waiting on consumable price confirmation, double checking our build costs, etc.
No Bid - This status means we are not able to provide a competitive quote.
Ready To Order - This status means we are done with our work and your quote is ready to be converted to an order. You will receive an email confirmation and from that point all you have to do is log into your account, click on quote-to-order (located on the left side navigation) and then click "Convert to Order"!
